As the name suggests, The Toasted Cork takes an entirely unique approach to wine and cheese. The Toasted Cork is a modern American wine bar started by Michael Stein who moved from New York to Scottsdale to open the restaurant.
Offering a wide selection of wine and cheese, The Toasted Cork is a must visit eatery when in Scottsdale for a relaxed and fun evening with friends or that special someone.
Wine and cheese go hand in hand for centuries and when paired together, they both enhance the flavor of each other.
Some of this season's specials that I must recommend are the Gobble, Avocado Taste Bites, Grilled Cheese, and the Dutch Grilled Cheese. Happy Hour offers a $3 discount on favorite wines from 4-7pm daily. Thursday through Saturday feature live music.
