This is definitely not your typical boot camp or intense yelling in your face type of workout. At Cactus Crossfit you will have the opportunity to ease your way into a new lifestyle.
You will start out with 5-10 one on one personal training sessions before entering a group class. Finding that pace and rhythm can be a challenge for some people, but at Cactus Crossfit you're in good hands!
Owner Kevin Cherrick started doing Crossfit and grew a passion for it in 2006. Prior to opening Cactus Crossfit in 2008 Kevin was an athlete with a background playing college football and lacrosse.
"Crossfit in general is just a philosophy of strength and conditioning," says Kevin. "It's just to help people get better at what their bodies can do."
